Best location
The concierge staff were outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble as we arrived early. Concise information and friendly communication was a welcome addition. Our room was clean comfortable and quiet. The breakfast spread was ample and the staff were noted as polite friendly and respectful. This was during a very busy service period. The location of the hotel itself was extremely good. Walking distance to transport, cable cars , streetcars and buses plus the dining scene of quality cafes and restaurants was helpful. Would I recommend this place. Yes! And happily revisit for my next SanFran experience.

Wonderful!
We arrived early so room was understandably not ready. Lawrence at the front desk helped us store our luggage and made recommendations for local brunch spots. He and the rest of the staff at front desk were so kind and helpful! This hotel was very clean, well kept and provided a very good continental breakfast. It was in a wonderful location as well for our wine tours. Just a wonderful experience!

Great Stay👍 Had a wonderful time! From the time we checked in (Early, about 11:00) till checkout (Late, 1:00) No Hassles at all👍 As you know, getting as early check in or a late check out isn’t always the easiest thing to do. The staff was very friendly and professional ((especially Chloe). Not much of a breakfast buffet person but theirs was not bad at all👍 As you know breakfast is not cheap anymore, especially if you have a family! For 2 breakfast will probably cost you between $50-$70 with tip usually. Saves you some money for maybe a nicer dinner. Great Location! Will definitely stay there in the future👍 Hope this helps! Would be surprised if you didn’t agree with me after your stay✌️

There was hair in the bathroom when I arrived. They had to come clean it when I arrived. I am glad they did that but I wish it been clean when I arrive. The breakfast buffet was nice but again there was some hair by the milk dispenser. The maids might need to wear hairnets. Finally, someone entered my room and moved my toothbrush even though I had the “No Maid Service” sign out. The hotel denied it but someone moved my toothbrush and it wasn’t me. There were also issues by the pool. They compensated me by removing the resort fee. Resort fee? I didn’t even know there was a resort fee. There was nothing about this place that was resort like. It didn’t even have a restaurant! I won’t return to this hotel.

Comfortable and cosy environment. Staff is very polite. All enquiries and requests are promptly answered. The home-like breakfast is an excellent start to a day!
