I will start by saying that this was my family's second time staying here. This trip was for 2 nights with 2 rooms. Room 1 had a roach in the bed. Room 2 had visible dirt in the bed. We wont stay again.

I recommend it to anyone. I had stayed at the Days in and it was discussing false advertising. I was amazed at the HDI Express, super clean, large comfortable room and beds, excellent breakfast. Enjoyed the fact it had a shower instead of a tub.
Lots of room, closet and storage.
Great to have mini fridge, and coffee/ tea maker and small sink.
Sitting area, was great if someone was visiting, didn’t have to sit on a bed.

Just average

The staff were all very nice, the breakfast was average. The place is dirty, the sheets had someone else's hair and other "stuff" still on them so I had to get new ones at the front. The furniture was equally disturbing but to be fair that's most hotels. The rooms air conditioner growled and shook the wall when it came on. I regret spending the $190 would have been just as comfortable sleeping in the car.

The room wasn't very clean, with the bathroom being below average clean compared to a regular Holiday Inn Express. The rooms were very noisy, you can hear people walking around above you... which is quite strange. We booked the place online because it had a pool, but unfortunately it was closed. The bright part of our stay was the friendly staff and good breakfast.
