Fix the beds
It had a beautiful pool area, however the beds were not comfortable, they huge dips and hurt the back. I also checked my other family rooms and their beds had dips as well.

The staff were really friendly--the nicest. Only downside is that the hotel is pet friendly, which is great, but there's not really anywhere safe or clean to walk your pet. Lots of rocky "garden" areas with quite large and sharp rocks, lots of cigarette butts, etc.
