normally the place is great stay there many times and some of the staff is amazing but there's this angry fat girl that goes by the name of Chad. she's rude and and quite frankly lacking in sophistication and intelligence and overall cleanliness and culture.

I chose this hotel based on the good reviews. Only needing a place to grab a few hours sleep after a 19hr drive, the hotel served the purpose well. Only issue was the lift was broken and I was put on the 2nd floor to carry my luggage up and down the stairs. Wouldn’t worry me if I didn’t have a twice broken leg. Also, the stench of cigarette smoke next to the managers office is bad for a non-smoking hotel.

The people seemed pretty ok! The breakfast is awesome for complimentary! The cleanliness of the bathroom, carpets and sheets in the room were not too clean, but it’s an upgrade from a motel so I’m assuming it’s their best! I asked for them to clean my room but because they were already on my floor and completed the 4th level, they didn’t do it. Also, they have elevator issues so if you’re not too good with stairs don’t book, you never know when the elevator will go out.

Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very poor. Hours for breakfast were 6-10a.m. We went at 8:45 and nothing was available. They were out of everything they had listed: No waffle mix, biscuits and gravy, ham, or milk for the coffee maker. We left hungry 30 minutes later. The front clerk was also in charge of breakfast.

I liked the property and would stay again. It is nice, clean, comfortable room. However, the elevators didn't work and the chain run blinds were stuck so I couldn't close the blinds. Parking seems insufficient.

Is definitely the nicest Best Western ive ever stayed in and one of the nicest hotels ive stayed in. I was very surprised at the cost of the room with how nice it is. I really liked the lobby and its styling. Had a cozy welcoming feeling to it. I would definitely stay there again. The other thing i wanna add is the hand written thank you note on the bed when i walked in the room. Never seen that before. Thats a very nice touch. I give this hotel a 👍👍
