Checkin and checkout were excellent as the reception staff are top notch. Food in Ocean was very good but two disappointing events. First on Friday night we could not order off the bar menu in the dining room. My wife wanted something light off the bar menu and I wanted an entree off the main restaurant menu Second I was charged $4 for a coffee refill which was surprising for a high quality restaurant

My stay was absolutely AMAZING. I enjoyed every moment of being in the hotel and its surrounding areas. Neera, was such a joy to be around and was very helpful throughout the entire stay. Thank you for such a wonderful time.
