Great location, lovely staff who couldn't have been more helpful. There was an issue with the toilet waste in my room which needs repairing and there was a strong smell of sewage where the pipe was cracked. I spoke to reception who immediately changed my room. Rooms were very clean and a great buffet breakfast.

A fine hotel

This was a fine hotel with a widespread French hotel chain. The location was about ten minute from both the train/bus station and the Old Port, so it was great for both day trips and seeing Marseille. There are tons of cafes and Turkish fast food joints right by it.

Clean and economical!

The hotel and room were very clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was fairly standard but if you travel alot you understand the convenience of breakfast in the hotel even if it isn’t spectacular. The hotel is located on a street that seems quite deserted after 7pm BUT if you walk just three blocks you will find plenty of restaurants and stores along the port.

The hotel and staff are great, however it is very small and not in the best area - partly my fault for not choosing a quieter place. No coffee and the hairdryer shut off after 3 mins (is that a Europe thing?). It was ok for 2 nights but for longer stays, I would find something more spacious with amenities. The front desk clerks were amazing!
