Hard Rock Madrid is a disappointment
Do not eat at the restaurant. Its overpriced and the staff did not want to seat us 30 minutes before closing and sat us and 2 other groups. Then the wait staff left for the end of their shift and forgot our beverages, (coke zero and coffee and appetizer) and then the manager didnt bring our ticket for 47 minutes from completion of our meal and he said they forgot we were there because we were on the back side and the staff had left. He did take a coke zero off. Night before we left, there was an electrical surge and they failed to clean our room as it stated do not disturb. At 515pm they stated on whataspp they didnt clean our room. I responded please clean it, we didnt mark it and it must have been made by maintenance when they fixed the broken fuse. They said yes they would clean it. Arrived at 11- no cleaning, second day of no clean towels and failure to clean our trash. Madrid is a lovely city Many places to stay. Do not stay here.

We are 2 rooms with 2 couples staying in 5 nights. Unfortunately, they don’t have change the bed sheets for every day! Only cleaning and tidy the rooms. When check out I told front desk they just say sorry and free drinks (coffee or tea) .
