This hotel is really well located, but always seems like it needs a deep clean. Skirting boards thick with dust, used tea bags thrown out window, around shower needed a scrub, frayed curtains.

Nice compact room
Inspiring decor at the hotel and nice compact room. The room had blinds with sheer curtains and I found the street light came round the blinds, and it wasn’t quite dark enough. Also wore ear plugs as I found the street noise a bit much.

Great experience. Hotel was in a great location and a fun place to stay. We really enjoyed it! You also get access to the hot tub and pool shared with the neighboring apartments which was an added bonus we didn’t know about when we booked it.

Disappointing
Third stay at this hotel, sadly not impressed as seems tired and striped back, I understand cost savings but the little extras made a difference and made us return customers for staycations as location great. Only bare basics, no feeling of welcome as it use to. Staff ok but did as little as they could and didn’t get one smile from any of them.

Very central location
Friendly check in. Rooms not particularly big. We had 1 room 14 m2 and 1 room 20 m2, However the majority of the bigger size was due to quite a big toilet/bathroom - basically waste of room space. Beds were quite soft - not that comfy. Breakfast good.

I asked for help, morning staff on front desk were defensive and in essence didnt provide solutions just reasons why not. I spoke to morning manager we agreed on a solution. Disappointed to get back to the room that evening to find staff only executed half of the agreed plan. Evening team were apologetic and offered other solutions to stop my toddler from falling out of the bed.
