This place is such a hidden gem! I met my friend here in niagara falls for vacation and she paid way more at a different hotel and this one was cleaner, newer, etc. Recently renovated and you can tell! The only downfall i did find was there are no mirrors in the room itself just one in the bathroom over the sink which was hard to get ready with. Prime location to walk to the falls or anything in the vicinity! Would definitely stay again!

There were no coffee makers in room, or microwave. No full length mirror. No elevator, had to carry in luggage, there were eight stairs. No restaurant on site as advertised. The pool was drained. Congested area when checking in. No hot food for breakfast, bread, bagels and mini muffins, cereal, no fruits or yogurt. Room doors did not close automatically, double beds, not queens. Rates were not reflective of the condition of hotel, too high.

The room is functional. Room was not thoroughly clean and you can that carpet was not vacuumed. Cob web was visible in our room(216). Corner left ceiling. Bathroom was ok. Shower curtain should be longer to keep water in the shower. It also needs towel bar. Lower bathroom vanity should be cleaned so it can be a useful space. There is only one mirror and it’s in the bathroom. It will useful to have another wall mirror in the room. There are wasted spaces in the room that can use for luggage seat. The decor has been updated. There is no lobby and no elevator but it’s only a 3 story bldg. location is excellent across Seneca Casino and other fastfood chains. There are good restaurants within the area and it’s really close to the state park. Nearest target or Walmart is about 4 miles.
