Hotel was sufficient, but not impressive. Older property with some worn amenities. - Bathroom fixtures, toilet seats, etc. Also, it seems as through the hallway wasn't heated. There was about a 35 degree difference from the room to the hallways.

Great hotel
The hotel was very clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and really nice. However, the handle for the shower was malfunctioning and my daughter went to take a shower, and it went to full blast hot all by itself resulting in her screaming and having to jump out.

I’m disappointed in the city of Pittsburgh. It seems it didn’t recover well after COVID . Many businesses are closing. Not many good restaurants in the city. So many have closed, also not a clean city . We walked around the city and saw litter in many alley ways and streets. This city should do better. We have many sports in this town and theater to draw people but not much after that.

The hotel is nice. Our bathtub had long hair all over the tub and walls. You could tell it was not cleaned. There was also long hair under the blankets on the bottom sheet of one of our beds. It too could not have been changed. Otherwise, service was great. Convenient to the convention center, which was what we were there for.

Good hotel - convenient location
The hotel itself was great, but the main attraction was how convenient it was to everything. We walked to a Pirates game and all the downtown restaurants and museums. It took a while to get our car from the valet when we checked out.

We were there for a two-night stay, Friday night and Saturday. By 3 pm Saturday, we still had not received maid service. We brought that to the attention of the hotel staff as we left for the afternoon and evening. When we returned to the hotel at mid-night, the room had not been cleaned. Other than this, our stay was enjoyable.
