This hotel was in a great location. Bed was comfortable. Staff was polite. It was tough dropping off our luggage as there is really no place to stop and parking is really far away. Other than the parking, our stay was wonderful here.

Amazing hotel
We stayed for just one night but I would definitely recommend staying there for longer time too. Room was clean, spacious, had everything you need. Location was amazing. Staff was friendly and you can easily leave your luggage in the luggage room before your check in and after check out.

Quick and easy check in, plenty of food options nearby. Iron available on request. Beds were quad in family room very comfortable beds. Rooms were a little small but was okay for us as we only stayed for two nights. The tv could have been better by offering tv channels of English language.

This hotel is in a great location. Tram stop and underground stops nearby. 15 min walk to main train station. Lots of nice restaurants nearby and easy walk down to the sea front.
The room was nice and clean. It was small but was fine just for us to sleep in and definitely worth the price.
Desk staff were all bilingual (at least) and were helpful with every request.
Minor fault:
The doors and walls are quite thin so you can hear the cleaners and other guests occasionally. You can hear the trams also but these don’t run much at night. Bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.
