I gave this hotel a 4 star reference only because a use of the greeting and interaction with the reception employees. Yes, they did their job but friendliness welcoming you to them hotel was not there. We were not greeted when we arrived, never did they even glance up from their laptops when you’d pass by. The hotel, restaurant spa and the fork market area is absolutely beautiful. I’ve stayed here many times (not in the last ten) years and would always rate this as a 5 star plus. Not just here, and of the 7 hotels i stayed at in various cities on this trip Front staff greetings and interaction seem to be amiss.
