Great location room layout sucks
We went there for a getaway to see some shows. Great location. About half a block to Times Square. Staff friendly. Hotel looks worn. Coming off the elevator in the lobby makes you think you are in a basement. Room was very small. The worst was the bed. It was on a platform along the window that went the full width of the room. It was elevated about 18 inches. You couldn’t walk to the far side of the bed. You had to crawl over the mattress and then negotiate the platform. I’m 76 and this wasn’t easy in the middle of the night.

Best Service Ever!!!!
Customer service was so nice! The people at the front desk are welcoming and accommodating. The rooms are beautiful and constantly cleaned. The views are nice and the hotel is overall peaceful. We loved the beds they were so warm and soft. Would definitely stay here again!!!

DO NOT GO HERE!
This place was scheduled by my life companion for a date night. As native New Yorkers, we are usually on the go and just wanted some us time. when booked we were promised a large room with a tub and a queen-sized bed, however when we arrived the front desk people although they were friendly enough did nothing for the room when we saw it. It was a tiny room with a full-size bed and a walk in shower. there was no ice machine we had to call for that as well as towels and wash rags. the wall paper was torn in varias places the fridge wasn't cold and i Had to crawl over the bed so the people in the business building across the street couldn't see us. We also had to call maintenance because we couldn't turn the shower on. Added in the hallway had hanging LED lights that were falling from ceiling and the smell of the room and the decorative pillows were horrible. 1 out of 10 would not recommend it!

No Heat
It was a frigid night in NYC 15 degrees or so but not as cold as it can get. Room had large windows, thick curtains closed did not help. By the time I figured it out, could not get the temp above 60. Turned the hot shower on 3 or 4 times to heat the room. Put the covers over my head and prayed for morning. They should really comp me a night...in a different room! Hopefully with heat.
