Love the hotel but they can do better on coffee
We were met by Kenneth at the front desk who was so kind and helpful and although we checked in a little early, our room was ready almost immediately and Randy brought our bags right to our room. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and it was quiet so we were able to get some good sleep. The provided signature Westin body products were a really nice touch as always. Water pressure could be better in the showers, but can be overlooked given how tall the actual building is.
My ONLY recommendation is that there be a quick (make it yourself) coffee station outside of the restaurant in the lobby somewhere even if you have to pay for it because it gets quite busy inside of the restaurant and we had to wait so long just to get some morning coffee. The restaurant price was 15 dollars for two plain coffees but even worse was the price to have 2-12 oz cups of black coffee delivered to our room which came to 40 dollars (without tip). That's insane, esp if there are no other options. The free coffee in the room is not even a brand I recognize. Overall, we had a blast anyway and I'd absolutely stay here again but the coffee situation needs improvement.
