Nice hotel needs upgrade as its very old
I've stayed at this hilton 3 times before and always loved their service and its an excellent location to tour Cairo. Hotel is quite old and it is not Hilton standard but their apartments are huge, clean and prices are very reasonable. Breakfast is really boring and not worth the money at all. Currently no buffet using the silly covid excuses whereas all hotels in Sharm el Sheikh have full buffet service. Overall I would recommend this hotel because if the apartments but it defo needs an upgrade as its not 4 star or 5 star standard.

Unfair to call this Hilton. Unacceptable!!!
Horrible and disgusting place to stay. I am totally disappointed. Everything old and with no maintenance. Maybe older than Pyramids.
It is unacceptable call this a Hilton hotel.
I usually don’t take hard to give comments, however it looked like an abandoned hotel.
Kids were crying and wife complaining with reason.
Definitely I don’t recommend even if you are planing to stay in a hostel, which can be better than this.

Rooms are very old , I believe it hasn’t been renovated for over 40 years or so.
Bathroom and kitchen aren’t satisfactory and are very old.

Extremely aged building and conditions, with very old and mouldy carpet- the whole placed smelled of stale curry- first time I am writing a negative review but I wish I had read reviews and not booked this place-

This property is a bit dated and could used some upgrades. The best part is the view from the balcony and the space in the room is more like a large apartment. We had plenty of room for our family to stay and be comfortable. It’s probably more than we needed.

This facility is nowhere close to 4 star.
The rooms have stained,dirty,old,torn floor carpeting.
The bathroom tiles are extremely old and have changed colors with stains.
There is no front entrance or office/reception....the entrance is in the back in a small reception area. The staff is courteous and professional but the building,its facilities,wall paintings,carpets are compleyely worn out and old.
I'm extremely dissapointed with Hilton Hotels.
I would suggest that people stay away from this hotel.
Again this hotel is 21/2 stars to a stretch of maximum 3 stars. It is nowhere close to 4 star facility by any means. Stay away from it.

The hotel is coveniently located in Cairo within a short and inexpensive Uber ride to main sites. The staff were very welcoming, accomodating and professional. Hotel feels safe, rooms and other ameneties were clean, and overall a pleasant stay at Hilto WTC Residences
