The entrance is pretty dated, but surprisingly the room was pretty nice!
This was until we realized they put us in a connecting room. Without the usual double door separate, it was essentially a single layer of plywood. Initially, no problem. Who puts guests that aren't together in connecting rooms in a largely vacant hotel?
This place. We could hear every single movement, text message through the door clear as day. And the partying of our neighbours (3-4 people) until 2am when we had to be up at 6 drove us absolutely insane
Obviously, let's call the front desk! The phone didn't work. So, let's go to the front desk! ... No one works at night. Contacted hotels.com, and even after spending thousands and have a almost a another thousand reserved, they were useless. Didn't do anything at all to help us. Never followed up. Never contacted the hotel.
I'm seriously disappointed in the entire experience with the app. And will sooner sleep in the bus station before giving any money to hotel Milano.
What trash.
