Off peak stay for one week was great value overall. The room is quite big, kitchenette, sink, kettle, refrigerator and hob. En-suite adequate. Plenty of room in wardrobe with lots of hangers. Air conditioning and a small balcony. The location is perfect, 6 mins walk to Garibaldi (L2) tram station, which goes directly to airport. Also, 12+ bus stops right outside.

The location was very good and in general the hotel was tidy and the staff was friendly. We had breakfast once and it was good. However, our toilet was poor, the shower and sink drains were blocked and we couldn't sit straight in the toilet since it was such a tight place, that felt very inconvenient.

Rooms look nothing like the photos, and were dirty. There is construction on the road outside the hotel so it is inaccessible by car. By food, the sidewalk is gravel so it’s impossible to wheel your luggage. Woman at front desk was not at all friendly.
