Misersble stay

The hotel had no running water. Couldnt shower after bring in the car driving for 11hrs. Couldnt brush our teeth. Couldnt make a cup of coffee but after closer inspection, the coffee maker, where you would put water, of there was any, was filthy. The woman at the front desk, ehen we checked seemed angry. The eggs were not real eggs. They were like like pieces of sponge, didnt even look like eggs. Will never stay at this hotrl again. Used to stay there years ago when passing through but their standards are not near what they used to be.

Horrible experience

No elevator so had to drag heavy bag up long flight of steps. I am elderly with bad knees so this was not easy for me. Room was as cold as a meat locker, looked tired but clean. At 3:00 in the morning, the heater started making such a racket you you couldn’t hear yourself think. I complained to front desk and asked for a new room. New room looked nice. However, 2 minutes into my morning shower, the water cut off and didn’t come back on for 15 minutes. Then, the exact same thing happened to my husband. As soon as he got lathered up in the shower, the water cut off again and he was left in a soapy mess just like I had been 20 minutes earlier. What a dump this place is. I would never stay here again.

An unexpected treasure!

This is such a beautiful hotel! It is situated on the top of a hill, and made me think of castles of long ago. The outside is beautiful, and the inside is a perfect match! The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable. Adequate numbers of pillows and towels are provided. The room was extremely clean. The staff were courteous and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

We were traveling from Ontario to New Brunswick. Best western is our usual stay but it was fully booked. The next hotel was Days Inn. We arrived and it was full of kids as there was a hockey tournament. Lots of loud kids. The cost was $255 @ night plus tax! The gentleman said i could get a better deal online. I did. Found an offer for $180 tax included. The room was ok . Bathroom needs updating, fan in bathroom sounded like a chainsaw. But the beds were comfortable. Ice machines out of order. Checked out to find i was charged $214 when my bill said $180???? Do I take the day trying to get a refund or suck it up??

Stay should be refunded

There was other guests with children (hockey tournament) whom were allowed to run up and down the halls for more then 3 hrs. And once arrived we were told you can’t use water. They did give us water bottles but this should of been told when booking. And the lobby for free breakfast there was no room for other guests and kids running around everywhere.
