OVERALL 9/10
We came in for a college visit. The hotel was close to the college. We got in late. Staff was friendly while getting there and while leaving. Breakfast was okay, bagels where little hard, but waffles were top notch. Overall it was a great place to stay and will stay again when I go to visit my daughter on campus.

I probably won't stay here again...
Staff was very friendly. Hotel is older but clean. My room was on the ground floor. Room 112. At midnight the heat unit in my room popped and a light flashed and then was dead. I guess it blew up. At 3:30am I was jolted awake out of a sound sleep to someone beating on the wall or door. Then at 4:47am I was woken out of a sound sleep again to a crashing sound on the floor above me, and then something large being drug across the floor and heavy footsteps. I finally got back to sleep and then woke up around 6am to the staff getting breakfast ready and loud talking in the lobby. The shower was hot and water pressure was high which was a plus after a restless night. While in the bathroom I found two cucumber produce stickers stuck to the door jamb. If you're looking for a quiet night, I don't recommend staying on the ground floor near the lobby.

Bad experience
Check-in was disappointing. The front desk clerk kept asking me for a Mastercard for the $50 deposit. At which I told her that I didn’t own a Mastercard. But she insisted that the credit card I used to pay for the room was a Mastercard. She called her manager and somehow they fixed the card situation, but I didn’t receive an apology. And it took 20 minutes before she finally resolved the situation. Furthermore, the property didn’t have an elevator. I wasn’t too pleased to lug my three suitcases up the stairs, especially after the whole credit card debacle.

Property was old, poorly decorated and had an odor. Toilet ran all night, and the water pressure on the shower was super strong causing the whole bathroom to get wet. A/C was loud and clunky. The pillows were half the size of regular pillows and they only gave us 3.

Super Recommended!
I will definitely recommend this place a million times! From the customer service to the accommodations and treatment received from the staff there arent enough stars to rate this place! We were up from Florida running away from Hurricane Milton and they made sure we felt good and safe! Absolutely loved the place and every staff member in it! May God bless every one of them, great job!!!

The entire hotel smelled of mold, smoke, and urine. It was completely disgusting. The room smelled so bad of mold I had to keep the window open. The floor had soft spots near the AC unit. This property should probably he condemned. Avoid at all costs.
