Not good...DIRTY
The room was very dirty with stains on the chair and bed. The floors has black marks all over as well as the baseboards. The remote for the tv was broken so we couldn't watch it and the refrigerator was not cold at all. The shower curtain was stained pinkish orange on the bottom. They only gave 1 little bar soap and 1shampoo packet. The bath towels also had stains.

Everything was dirty. The sheets, pillows cases, floors, bathroom and walls. Take a look at this chair in the picture.

The room was dirty the floors weren’t clean there was no leins provided and when I made the reservation online it didn’t say no pets allowed

If your filters put this in your view take it
Very comfortable space. Of the hotels we have been at around LA for the price this has been the best. The shower curtain defenitly needed replacing and the freezer needed a defrost. Those were my only qualms.

Would not again.
I’m not sure how it got 8 stars. Small, dirty, cheap. Better off staying at Motel 6. No hair dryer so you would have to go to the office and borrow. The walls are super thin. We can hear the next door people’s whole conversation not to mentioned I woke up to some screaming (sex). Oh dear God. Bed was uncomfortable with hard pillows. There is a fridge and microwave.

Not satisfied.
The check in process was a little awkward. Was trying to save them commission to Hotels.com but they refused to check me in until I made the reservation online first… The room was average, nothing special. TV remote was held together by tape, tv itself was too dark with no options to change it. The next door neighbors were arguing throughout the night and the walls were very thin, loud cussing and banging on the walls. Did not have a comfortable stay, morning was no different. Wouldn’t recommend staying unless you’re looking to save a buck or 2, area was shady.

1. no indoor office, only outside window. 2. no hair dryer in room. had to ask at office for one 3. no bar or rod to hang clothes 4. no coffee maker 5. no luggage rack for suitcase 6. small fridge with freezer inside needed freezer to be defrosted. 7. no facial tissue in room 8. no towel bar by sink for hand towel or washcloth. 9. no washcloth. had to ask for one

Not worth the money to stay
Owners seem nice. Room however was terrible. As soon as i walked in it had a bad smell. There was a red sofa chair that was super dirty. Some of the towels were stained the door was dirty & the peep hole stuffed with toilet paper. I thought about leaving or asking to be moved to another room but it was so late and i doubt there were any other rooms that were better. It was noisy. I could here the people next door talking the entire night.
