Newly renovated suites in the iconic Hotel Rideau are modern, bright, beautifully decorated and fully equipped. We use  the ULTRAVIOLET DISINFECTION lamp more than 30 minutes during each cleaning. Efficient sterilization, remove formaldehyde odor, purify the air. We take care for our guests and provide safe environment.

This comfortable suite has everything you need to make you feel right at home. Fully functional kitchen with supplies (Tea, coffee, kettle, coffeemaker, toaster). Bathroom with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer and other toiletries that you may have forgotten at home. 
Coin shared Washer and Dryer with supplies. 
Please be advised we have several apartments with the same layout, colors may differ from the photo.
Guests have access to Gym, Parking.
 

According to the condo rules we must provide information about our guests to the condo management prior to arrival, i.e. every guests names and their ID details. We kindly ask you to send us your selfie with your Id in your hands as an antifraud measure Guests whose names or ID do not match the information given ARE NOT allowed into the building. Also refund won't be provided
- Pets are allowed in the apartment. If you plan to stay with pets, please confirm with us prior to booking. Pet fee is $20 per night per pet.
- We have Travel Crib (for baby 0-18 months) and Bed Rails. 10$ per one item per night. Book, please, in advance.

**Deposit**
All guests are required to leave a refundable deposit of $200.
If at any case smoking inside occurs, there is damage to the unit or other house rules are violated, this deposit will not be refunded.
 

Cancellation BEFORE check-in date:

Guest could cancel until 5 days before check-in date or within 1 hour after

reservation was made with full refund. If Guest cancel less then 5 days prior check-in,

we’ll charge 1 night fine.

 

Cancellation AFTER check-in date:

Guest could cancel it anytime, but they’ll be charged for each night they spend in our

apartment and 1 night as a fine plus 50% for all unspent nights.

 

Cancellation of long-term reservations more than 28days:

- Cancellation BEFORE check-in date:

Guest can cancel 2 weeks prior check-in date free of charge.

 

- Cancellation AFTER check-in date:

If the reservation is for 28 nights, there is no refund nevertheless when guest decide to

cancel – 2 days or 20 days after check-in.

If the reservation is more than 28 nights and guest already stayed 28 nights and only

then decide to cancel

- Guest inform us 5 days prior check-out date – full refund of all remaining

nights

- Guest inform us less than 5 days – 1 night fine will be charged.
