Very clean & spacious 2BR apartment that was close to the waterfront & to restaurants/cafes. We had a ground floor apartment which was great, but if you have a lot of luggage then maybe request this or else you will have stairs to conquer. Reception staff were very friendly & communicated well, & even offered to help with luggage etc. I would book again next time in Port Douglas

Mowbray by the sea is in a great location; just a street down from the Esplanade and beach, close to shops and restaurants. The property is well managed, clean and in good condition. The two bedroom apartment was spacious. The manager, Martin, was very helpful. He even gave us a lift to Ellis Beach when other modes of transport were not available.

We recently stayed 3 nights (not long enough!) as a family of four (2 under 5) in a 2-bed apartment and it was perfect. Full kitchen, spacious room, they were also very accommodating with a high chair and portacot. Four Mile beach is basically across the road. The best part was the pool. My kids love swimming and even the 2 year old was able to splash around because of the extra large step which spans the full length of the pool. Fantastic. Will definitely return!
