Horrible service. I ask for room service after two days. They brought a few new towels, but left the dirty ones there. They didn't take out the garbage. I book for a week, with breakfast included. Once I got there I was told I could only stay there three days. No breakfast. Two days later, I was told I needed to leave by morning

8/10 Very good

Friendly staff, fine rooms. Bathrooms could use an update which is currently happening. Some construstion noise during the day but who hangs out on their room all day anyway. Overall not bad considering how much I saved compared to other hotels.

Under renovation. No restuarant. No pool. Could not sit outside in the beautiful courtyard, as it was closed. So stuck in the rom for the entire day when it was 70° and gorgeous out because there's nothing within walking distance except a Walgeens.

The rep at the front desk when I checked in on Sunday was ok and let me check in a bit early. But one a little later wasn’t as accommodating. At about 600pm I went down and asked if she could stop the jack-hammering construction crew.she said there is nothing they can do. It wa loud!!!

Hotel smells terrible. Smell was stuck in my clothes, even though we were only there for a little bit. First room offered was under construction. On the walk to the rooms the halls have wall paper peeling off, giant stains in the carpets, and the entire place is under construction. We didn't stay, left and found another place. It was 1:00am, so it took alot to drive us out. After the gave us another room, table tops hadn't been wiped down, and furnature was busted up and in terrible shape. The smell...

I get that it is under renovation . Price for hotel reflects that. Great if you just want a place to sleep and bathe....that's it. Didn't feel comfortable parking my car in parking garage , nearby Walgreens was sketchy, 1 nearby Italian eatery , no other walkable places to grab food, restaurant in hotel closed, gym closed , spa closed, never saw or heard other guests . Felt like I was staying at a haunted hotel. TV not working...when I called for help ,none was given and none was offered. Iron didn't heat, wires where smoke alarm should have been , no fire exit directions on door, I wish them luck on this new venture of renovating, it can be something great and it really , really needs it.

Stay away at all costs
As of mid-January 2024, this hotel is undergoing a renovation, making it practically unlivable. Dust and debris was everywhere and the sound of sledgehammers (literally) verberated through the floors and walls. I was completely without water one day because they had to shut it off for construction reasons. The front desk staff was very nice and did what they could to ease the terrible conditions. But the truth is, this hotel has no business welcoming guests at this time.

I didn't like that they weren't upfront about the renovation and waited until the last minute to tell me until it was too late to book elsewhere. After further investigation, these facilities (pool, bar, gym, etc.) have been "under renovation" for several years. This is dishonest behavior and I believe I, among others who underwent this should be compensated for the lack of honesty in what it was we were truly paying for. I sent an email about this and never got a response.
