The jet tub was absolutely disgusting as my wife decided to fill the tub and run the jets the water was disgusting, we went to dollar Rama bought some cleaning supplies and she spent 2 1/2 hours filling and running trying to get it clean as that’s why I booked a room with that tub she was looking forward to it. Even though she got it a lot better she wouldn’t use it as she was disgusted it. Makes me wonder if the jets have ever been cleaned properly. Further more the shower floor looked as though it wasn’t cleaned as there were long black hairs on the shower floor.

Avoid it if you can
Its very run down and showing its age, or abuse. The staff are all very friendly and do an excellent job. The carpets are vial, the walls are filthy and chipping everywhere. I grazed the wall with a wet hand and left clean finger smeared cause of the dirt I wiped off. The beds are bricks and the rooms smell off humidity. It would be worth $45 a night if you had to stay somewhere but not the $224 weekend rate I paid.

Bed bugs!
Bed bugs! Ligit. Clearly saw 2 alive and 2 dead. Gross. Hotel did nothing when we checked out at 2am (stating bc we booked with 3rd party provider) except day they would call exterminator. Hotel is run down overall, but the bus were disgusting! I would upload a video of the insects, but only photo allowed

Sketchy
Room we had was well past the point of needing renovation. The outlet in the bathroom was corroded and tripped the GFCI repeatedly, the shower curtain rod was sagging so the shower curtain would open itself. There was a sewage odour. The tiles in the bathroom are in dire need of grout or some sort of major clean up. Room had a lot of dings and scratches in the walls as well as poorly done repairs.

Okay Stay
The check in and out was easy. The staff were nice. The room was really dated and didn’t really look like the pictures provided. Room was falling apart in the bathroom and the door wouldn’t even shut in the bathroom. The bed was alright but not super comfortable. It was an ok stay for the price but not really what I was expecting from the pictures and reviews.

NOT pet friendly/Staff enters room before checkout
NOT pet friendly. Super 8 and Hotels.com need to change this. You’re lying and putting guests and staff in awful positions. If by pet you mean dog, then use the word DOG! That’s how words work. Staff let themselves into my room BEFORE checkout while “Do not disturb” was hanging. HOTEL STAFF NEED TO STOP THIS! NOBODY SHOULD BE WORRIED ABOUT STAFF LETTING THEMSELVES IN BEFORE CHECKOUT WHILE SLEEPING WITH HEADPHONES AND NOT FULLY CLOTHED. There are male staff on this crew. This should be a criminal offence. Checked in for two nights, first night got zero sleep because of yelling, footsteps and elevator shaft. Room 205 shouldn’t exist, the banging all night was unreal. Staff knew. We changed rooms the next day. The worst part was that I checked in with a cat and was told they’re not allowed. I booked this hotel because it is listed as “pet friendly”. Although not allowed, we were told it was ok if discreet, which was fine, the cat is 18. But during checkout we were told the floor the second room was on wasn’t for pets, we were scolded, called liars for “not disclosing” we had a cat, and told there would be added fees because the room needed to be quarantined. 1-that’s NOT how you “clean” a room, 2-a border collie stayed next to us, 3-the carpets were dusty and had dog hair, 4-an allergy friendly hotel WOULDN’T use heavily fragranced cleaners, laundry soap and toiletries and 5-it wouldn’t reeks like cigarettes.
