Nice hotel
Really nice hotel. There was construction work taking place on the ground floor, the pool was accesible but noisy due to the construction. A good hotel but I really wanted to enjoy the last bit of Mexican sun before my flight home, which I was unable to do. Overall a really nice, comfortable hotel but maybe better to look elsewhere until the work is complete. However, if you don’t care about the pool your stay will be mostly unaffected.

great hotel
third time at this hotel and maybe I'm too spoiled but the bed was a little too firm for me (jst whining) they are updating the elevators and bar area, one thing I did not like is the staff knock twice and enter the room, what if I'm in shower is kind of hard to hear someone knocking or I could be napping I don't know maybe they need to change that policy of knocking twice and enter, plenty parking, other than that place is great excellent service and I'm still coming back to Victoria Ejecutivo.

The hotel was very clean, quiet and in the rooms are updated. Room service was excellent and the complimentary dessert and wine was a really nice touch. I loved the shower and all the amenities including the beautiful pool surrounded by palm trees. I highly recommend hotel Victoria

Extra Money At Check Out
The staff were great especially in the restaurant/bar. We stayed 8 days and had 2 rooms. On the 2nd to last night management came to my room and said the sheets and 2 pillowcases had something spilled on it. I said no problem and advised i would pay for them. Management came to my door looking for me. Went down to the lobby and was told management wanted $300 US for the sheets and pillowcases. I told them that was too much they told me to come back down in the morning and see a manager. Andraque. We discussed the price(he barely spoke any English) this is who they gave me to speak to on this. I told him I would pay $ US which was way more than the sheets were worth, very fair. He agreed and i got my stuff to check out. Back at the front desk they kept me waiting 30 minutes for him to return. This point he now says he wants $270 US. I argued and finally said charge my card and i will deal with it with the credit card company. My car was waiting and needed to leave for my flight. This guy stands at the car holding the door demanding $300 US. I felt like i was being pressured for money. He held the car door as more staff came out. This was crazy! I spent thousands of dollars at this place and now im being treated like a criminal. In order to make my flight I went in and signed for the $300 dollars which I will dispute $200 of with the credit card company. Our stay was great up until this point. Totally unseasonable money grab on the way out the door. Never stay at Victoria!
