Magical!
Very charming beautiful hotel, meticulous landscape and locate in the heart of ancient town. Restaurants, coffee shops, tailored clothing shops are everywhere. Pool is wonderful and clean, breakfast is plenty with a lot of choices. Night time is magical with lights and colorful lanterns, so romantic to sit on the boat and travel along the river at night. Will be back again to this hotel. Thanks for wonderful services

Very central location just outside of the old town. Everywhere we needed to go was accessible by walking but if you needed a bike the hotel would provide for free. It was very quiet and the room was clean and comfortable. Very good price for our stay.

Great hotel in great location
This hotel is a lovely colonial style hotel. Its location is perfect being very close and within walking distance to the old town. The food is fabulous especially the breakfast buffet. We left very early on our last day which was too early for breakfast and we were provided with a takeaway breakfast. The staff are so helpful and the massage i had was one of the best ive had in Vietnam. We booked a tour to My Son through the hotel which was excellent and included a guide, lunch and a boat trip. Would definitely recommend both the hotel and trip.

Nice hotel
The hotel and staff were very nice. Breakfast is served indoors or on a spacious patio. Plenty to choose from including an egg station, lots of fresh fruits and Asian options. There is a lovely pool with lots of sun beds but the weather was too cool during our stay and we didn’t make use of it. The only negative for us was that we were given a pool view room right above the pool bar/ restaurant that is open until 11 pm. We had been up since 4 am due to our flight in and desperately wanted an early night but a bus tour group were partying loudly at the bar. We asked for a room change and fortunately they were able to move us. There are plenty of tailors on the street if you would like to get a suit, dress, etc. made, takes just 2-3 days depending what you order.

The best stay!
We are so happy with our 4 night stay in The Ancient Hoi An Hotel. The rooms were clean and big, the pool was huge, beautiful, relaxing and sparkling clean, the cleanest we’ve ever seen in a hotel. The breakfast buffet was also like nothing we’ve ever seen before. Absolutely delicious and has every possible option available. We wanted to extend our stay because we loved it so much. The courtyard for kids to run around makes it perfect for families as well. The location is also the best, walk everywhere in ancient town, and then just far enough to be quiet at night. We will definitely be back!!

The property has lovely grounds and they are all very well kept. The breakfast had lots of choice but on one morning the were many more people than seats. The room we had was spacious and comfortable but a bit dated. The balcony was a bit of a disappointment,quite narrow with only 2 wooden upright chairs, no cushions or table.

Nice oasis of comfort and luxury in the heart of the Old Quarter. Roof top restaurant/bar was a super location for delicious breakfast each morning. Staff was super helpful - saved the day when one of our visa's got held up in the bureaucracy.
