We had a great 2-night stay at Aenea Guest House in Rome. The staff were very welcoming and extremely helpful, the room was a good size and very comfortable, the A/C was excellent and necessary (in July). Great location, easy 20 minute walk to the Colosseum one way and the Trevii Fountain the other. Also 5 minutes walk from the metro for connections to the city and the main train terminal. Overall, a very good experience.

Great location to stay when visiting the Rome Monti area. Walking distance to lots of tourist spots, restaurant options, shopping, etc. We rented the 2-bdrm apartment and it was so much space - two bedrooms + two bathrooms with showers + two courtyards + kitchen with a cook top, refrigerator and microwave. The staff also arranged direct airport pick-ups for us both to and from FCO. We also enjoyed the fresh bread/breakfast delivered each morning (one bag of sweet pastries + one bag of fresh bread)

This hotel was a little difficult to actually get into the front door the first time we arrived, but someone else was arriving that moved in the building and let us in. There was no front desk or signage when we got inside, but that same person told us the front desk was on the upper floor. Everything was great after they checked us in and gave us keys.

Amazing stay we had, wish we could stay longer! Staff were great and helpful, apartment is clean and beautiful. The have a very safe facility to put your luggages if you need to check in early or leave later. Location is amazing with restaurants and shops. Walking distance from Termini Station and to the Colosseum but far way to feel safe.
