La persona que nos hizo el check in no nos atendió bien, le dijimos que mi esposo era celiaco y resulta que ella sabe más de la celiaquia que el propio enfermo. Loi Suites is a very nice hotel with nice views and good service. good points about the hotel: - Nice property, with a beautiful river that you must visit - Nice pool - Really nice concierge, Sabrina, that helped us to build our daily activities. Some improvements: - Restaurant food could be better for the price (expensive) - It says that they have A/C but do not. So the rooms can become really hot during the afternoons during the summer. We had to sleep with open windows - that was ok because it is a quiet property.

Peaceful and nice for a night
We got a really good deal at this place because it was off season, so for the price we paid, it was worth it. The area is pretty and our room had a nice view to the mountains where we could see birds, rabbits, as well as some fish in a little pond by the hotel. But, it should be noted that otherwise around the hotel there isn't much at all. It's a half hour drive to San Martin. So, for food your options are the hotel restaurant (which was decent) or a bit of a drive. This place is best for those wanting to get away from the towns, or for those coming for the golf course, I guess. We don't play golf, so one night was enough for us. The room itself was nice and comfortable. Maybe a tad run-down. Wifi worked decently. It was a tad warm, but not a problem really. The pool was also nice. We didn't try spa options, but they had several it seemed. When we arrived they at first didn't find our reservation, but a phone call seemed to sort that out. All in all, if you get a good deal, I'd say this is a nice place for a night.
