Staff was very friendly, helped us get a car to and from the airport and even had our room ready a little early when we asked after a long overnight flight. Would stay here again!!

8/10 Very good

My only criticism was the clawfoot tub - very deep tub and hard for senior women to get in and out of. My traveling companion could not manage it and instead used the shower in the spa area. The curtain around the tub does not go all the way around so impossible to use shower wand without getting water all over the floor behind the tub. Otherwise this hotel is very lovely! I would stay here again - loved the pool and spa area, so peaceful!

First, great location. The room was small, but that is normal for older buildings in Paris. The room and bathroom were clean. Staff were very nice and helpful. The spa was good, especially the Turkish bath. The only minor negative is that the hallways are too dark. They serve breakfast but it is not free. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and we may go there next year, too.

There is no better place to stay in all of Paris. This hotel is a gem. I come yo Paris frequently and wouldn’t stay anywhere else. The staff is always so helpful and polite. The neighborhood is charming with plenty of charming stores and great cafes and restaurants.

A beautiful property. LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION— In a lovely community, close to everything. Within a mile and a half of Louvre, Eiffel Tower, etc. Five min from Le Bonne Marche department store and lovely shopping. Breakfast is well worth and the staff there went above and beyond to serve you. Great cappuccinos, croissants, pancakes, eggs— anything you could want. Definitely will return! Thank you for a very pleasant stay. J Burke

Perfect location in the heart of the St Germain neighbourhood. Room was beautiful but very small. Be warned that if you have a room overlooking the main road it may get noisy!

Staff is attentive and polite, clearly described every charge and gave recommendations for food and metro. Any of their breakfast buffet options are great in terms of quality, quantity, and variety. Their pool and sauna is clean. WiFi is seamless and connects to multiple devices.
