Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Arrived on an early AM flight and they held our bags until room was ready. Were able to get in room by 12 pm instead of 3 pm. Gave free drinks and afternoon snacks every day. Breakfast in morning was good.

I really enjoyed our 1 night stay at the hotel. The minute we walked in, we we're greeted by friendly faces. The front desk staff we're very helpful with giving us directions to all the attraction sites and parking for our car rental. Our room was very clean and the complimentary bar was a plus. I wish we had stayed longer but we had to drive to our next destination. I will definitely stay here again and make sure we stay for a couple of days. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. It's a great location near everything.

Wow, the staff and service here are absolutely fantastic! This hotel is so cozy and clean, and the location couldn't be better - it's super close to the train stations, RoissyBus station, restaurants, and the Opera. And as if that weren't enough, they offer daily free snacks and a stocked minibar! What a plus!

We enjoyed our stay in Acadia Astotel very much. The rooms were very clean with good soundproofing. Our 3 year old son really liked the little play area next to reception. The only negative experience was with breakfast ladies which were not particular nice and also there was no toaster.

Hôtel Acadia - Astotel is conveniently located next to many good restaurants, attractions and public transit for getting around Paris. Staff is very knowledgeable about the area.
However, I am very disappointed that the elevator was broken during my stay in hotel. My room was on the top floor (7th) and I had to climb and down especially. Also in the morning, often there are a lot of truck noises on the street with one servicing the hotel.

I was suppose to get a refund for both nights as we were only in the room until we got another hotel there were 2 drunks arguing back and forth across the street and one tried to throw urine on the other. The on duty manager said he couldn’t refund my stay because it was through you guys .The worst hotel and it was still expensive !

I booked the hotel for a 2 Night stay for my daughter and myself. We celebrated her 18th Birthday and the hotel decorated the room really nice with ballons. After we asked for a room with view. We received a room with a few of the Eifeltower and Sacre Coure. The Breakfast and the free snacks/drinks from 2pm until 2am was great. Also the free drinks in the fridge was great and every day filled up. The staff was really nice and friendly. We were able to check in early and on check out we left the luggage in reception until we left. The room were ok but a little bit dated and could do with freshening up especially the bathroom but it was clean. The Location was super only 17min walk from the train station and 15min from the Louvre and lots of cafes/restaurants everywere. Plus a supermarket right across the hotel. All in all I can recommend the hotel and the location. Thanks for the nice stay.

🇩🇪Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig – U-Bahn in der Nähe, viele Geschäfte, Cafés und Bäckereien rundherum. Galeries Lafayette, Oper und Musée Grévin sind schnell erreichbar. Das Hotel ist sauber, hell, mit Aufzug. Die Zimmer sind groß, mit Klimaanlage und kostenloser Minibar. Tägliche Reinigung. Frühstück einfach, aber ausreichend. Freundliches Personal. Ein guter Ort für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.
🇺🇦Готель зручно розташований — метро поруч, навколо багато магазинів, кафе та пекарень. Поблизу — Галерея Лафайєт, Опера, музей Гревен. Сам готель чистий, світлий, з ліфтом. Номери просторі, є кондиціонер і безкоштовний міні-бар. Щоденне прибирання. Сніданки прості, але ситні. Персонал привітний. Гарне місце для комфортного відпочинку.
