The property is in a great location, the rooms are clean and rather small. Overall great room within a great area and close to many dinner options. The metro is close by as is the tgv station. Love the 80’s carpets in hallways !!

Great Location
Location of this hotel is excellent. Close to good restaurants, cafes, shops and the all important metro. Rooms have been recently refurnished. Beds are comfortable and its quiet. Some of the front desk people can be little surly at times and this is the only area where I find fault. Housekeeping from some members of staff is just okay. I've stayed here more than once because of the district.

Great location but poor hotel
We had booked and prepaid via Hotels.com for 2 superior double rooms (one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds). Reception tried to charge us again for these rooms. We were initially given 2 double bedrooms. When we pointed out that one should be a twin, we were told that that was not what we had booked. Fortunately we had printed out the Hotels.com documentation which showed that we had indeed booked a twin. We were then given one accessible room with no window in which the air conditioning failed - reception suggested we leave the door open all night (in an external courtyard) as there were no alternative rooms available. The other room (a comfort rather than the superior double we had booked) had an ant infestation. The following day we were given two new rooms - the air conditioning did not work in one of these. 3 unacceptable rooms out of 4 seems like more than a coincidence. The rooms all looked a bit tired and a grubby towel lay on the courtyard doorway for a couple of days adding to the overall feeling of neglect.

Hotel consigliatissimo !
Esperienza assolutamente positiva ! Stanza molto pulita e confortevole. Molto silenzioso. Staff molto cordiale, professionale e cortese.
Veniamo a Parigi ogni anno, almeno una volta all’anno, rigorosamente sempre a Montparnasse, che consideriamo un quartiere straordinario per posizione, molto tranquillo e sicuro, servito benissimo per trasporti e offerta commerciale e ricettiva.
Da considerare anche che da Montparnasse, se si ama camminare, si puo’ raggiungere Saint Michel, Saint Germain de Prés, il Quartiere Latino, Notre Dame, ecc.ecc. in una mezz’oretta a piedi (dato che si parla di circa 3 km) facendo una bellissima passeggiata verso Rue de Rennes, una via molto bella e ricca di negozi e vari locali.
Quindi l’Hotel é da considerarsi assolutamente anche in una posizione molto strategica.
Quest’anno rispetto agli anni passati avevamo deciso di cambiare hotel e abbiamo optato per questo TimHotel, presso cui torneremo sicuramente, dato che si é rivelata una scelta vincente !

立地もモンパルナス駅に近く、他の観光地へのアクセスもしやすい場所でした。また、周りも飲食店も多く、どこで食べるか迷うくらいでした。
部屋は静かで安眠できました。
またパリに来た時は絶対利用したいです！
ただ頼んでたベビーベッドは来ませんでした、、、。
そこだけが残念なポイントでした。
