Room size is not what I expected and the lift too. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Location is excellent since our train to and from Lourdes at Gare Montparnasse is just a walk away. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby.

My first night I was woken from sleep due to running water in the shower. I went to check it and discovered water pouring from the ceiling vent as the person in the level above showered!! What makes this worse was that this is an issue staff already knew about!
I was transferred 3 different rooms during my staff here and all four of the bathrooms had mold (see picture). One of the bathroom doors couldn't close properly (unhygienic). And ended up in a smaller bed than what I paid for (by this stag too tired to deal with unhelpful staff).
Not a single apology or similar. Tried to get refund 8/11th but was passed off by dismissive front desk woman to Alba the assistant manager who wasn't available.
All the rooms here have thin walls (I can hear the neighbouring rooms occupants yawn and talk), sounds from the busy street at all hours, the showers are tiny & difficult to manage - I am slim & agile so must be very difficult for someone larger or less mobile.
Do yourself a favour and skip this hotel.

Night time desk agent was fine. Daytime agent was terse and seemed mad when asked a few questions. Not great at customer service. Staff walked into my room while i was napping. Glared at me when i told him someone outsde the hotel had just tried to pickpocket me.

The first room we received is not exactly the same as in the photo we saw when we book. The property managed to exchange the room for us even they have limit choice. And because of the weather in the summer season, I need to open the window as there is no air conditioner. That's why the noise was comimg in.

Avoid this hotel!
This hotel should be avoided, if possible. This hotel is run down, rooms are dirty, rooms are extremely noisy, it's in short a dump, and they charge exorbitant prices (for a dump!) Below are some takeaways:
1. We could clearly hear entire conversations taking place in neighbouring rooms (below, above, to the sides), we could hear people going to the bathroom (yeah...) next door...the walls are literally paper thin!
2. The staircase smells extremely strongly of mould. There was a hole in the wall of the lobby where water came in when it rained outside (see picture), there was water damage in our room's ceiling (see picture).
3. The room was not clean and many details, such as towel hangers, were broken or poorly maintained (rust/dirty) or just dirty (again see pictures).
4. We paid over 200EUR/night/room - we should have known better....joke's on us, don't repeat our mistake!
We will never come back here and hope that this review is helpful for other travellers.
Staff do their best to be helpful and welcoming, but again, the service leaves a lot to be desired - check-in/out is slow, welcome is grumpy/lazy.

DO NOT stay in this hotel, it is under extreme poor management and condition is appalling. It is closer to a one star hotel, than a three star as it claims to be. We stayed at Ibis budget hotel and it was better than here.
1. Poor maintenance: The rooms are narrow with very disgusting shower area. There were many rust stains, walls were cracked and the shower head had very weak water pressure. The shower door could not even be closed properly.
2. Poor customer service: We lodged a complaint about our missing personal belongings, but this was the beginning of our nightmare. The reception came to inspect our room and while she apologised and promised to investigate and update us in the morning, we heard nothing the next day morning. We dealt with several other receptionists regarding the issue but especially with Lilit, one of the middle age woman with blonde hair, she treated us with a dismissive attitude and was reluctant to help.
3. Poor management: We were told that we could talk to the manager (Alexander Nicolet)the next day 9-10am but the manager never showed up, even after the receptionist made a call to him, he claimed he has meeting to attend and will not come. We are clearly not valued/ prioritised as customers.
Staying at this hotel had been exhausting. We want a full refund of our stay here for all the energy and time wasted due to poor management. We only got a refund for the towel after we said we will call the police for record of missing item.
