We enjoyed our 1night stay. Clean, comfy beds. Neighbours & staff were abit loud at times. The room was a decent size, room 102 in basement. 2 beds, tv, a/c, Tea/coffee. The beds were comfy, we did have a window we could open but due to noisy neighbours we kept it closed and used ac. The bathroom was ok, shower tray very marked and the loo is very close in front of shower. ( if your on the larger side u may struggle to sit comfortably) Close to Paddington station, easy to find. Reception staff very friendly. Overall we had a great stay for decent price We will definitely stay again. Thanks for having us.

Very, very small room which needed a refresh, there were marks on the wall. Uncomfortable beds - mattress and pillows were hard. Our room wasnt cleaned properly, there were empty cans left on the windowsill, hair on the beds and the floor hadnt been cleaned. Location was great! A lot of shops and restaurants nearby as well Paddington station and underground. Reception staff were nice, polite and helpful.

The bathroom was the tiniest we’ve ever seen. You could sit on the toilet, stick a leg in the shower and grab the sink all at the same time. The location was good, hotel was a little sketch, only gave us one key, for three, and kept the key when we went out for the day.

Cleanliness was lacking, shower head was heavily scaled (doesn’t take much effort to descale a showerhead), bed sheets stained. The small hotel is extremely convenient to Paddington station. We were able to get all over the city very conveniently. The rooms were a bit on the small side but we were hardly in them with all of our terrain around the city. The showers had amazing pressure and the beds were comfortable. The rooms have aircon, which can be rare in the UK. One evening did takeaway and realized we did not have cutlery and the desk manager was able to help us out.
