Firstly, I would like to bring to your attention that I was relocated to a different hotel, Sun n Blue Hotel, just 24 hours prior to my scheduled check-in at Margadina Hotel. It is important to note that this relocation was not of my choosing and caused significant inconvenience to my family.
I had meticulously researched and booked Margadina Hotel four months in advance, specifically selecting it as the ideal location for our family holiday. However, upon arrival, we were informed that we would be staying at Sun n Blue Hotel instead. This hotel, despite being rated as a 4-star establishment, fell far short of our expectations and provided an unsatisfactory experience.
As a gesture of compensation for this unexpected change, we were offered an all-inclusive package at Margadina. While this was appreciated, it did not address the core issue of the inconvenience caused by the relocation.
The reason provided for this relocation was that Margadina Hotel was experiencing issues with their rooms. However, upon further inquiry, it became evident that the hotel had overbooked its capacity, resulting in our displacement.
In light of this experience, I regret to inform you that I will not be considering Margadina Hotel for any future bookings or recommendations.
