We were very happy with our stay. Jason a bell boy should be the hotel manager!!! He was amazing!!! Very helpful in answering questions!! Telling us where to eat and watching out for us so we don’t get taken advantage of through our adventures. We came from mn and stayed 3 nights and definitely would stay again. Hopefully we will be back soon!!!

Excellent location. We booked a king bed room, but the bed was definitely a queen. Asked the front desk after check-in and they confirmed it was a king room so be prepared. Room is small, but not surprising for a Times Square hotel.

Nice hotel very close to Times Square
Check in was simple. We arrived early and they let us store our bags for free until the room was ready. Clean room, nice amenities (toiletries, fridge, microwave,iron, ironing board, dryer). The elevators were a little slow during peak times. Free breakfast was good.

Perfect location to Broadway and Times Square
Really amazing location to all the broadway shows and museums we wanted to see. It was a very nice hotel, we have stayed is some with no storage for anything, this room has a good amount of hooks, and shelves. Also had a microwave and mini fridge that was nice. We are going to stay here again.

Extremely small rooms
The rooms were extremely small. If i was at the end of the bed, no one can pass you to get to other side. You literally have to walk by bathroom to let someone pass. The bathroom is the only place you can walk normal even though it was small. Walking around the room which was literally just the bed, you had to walk side ways

Elevator annoyance
The hotel is great and even though it's just off Times Square the noise was good. The elevator situation is a nightmare. Almost every time I needed the elevator it was a 15-20 min wait. Often the elevators would be so full that you would need to wait for 3 or5 elevators to pass before you could get on. Everything else was terrific.
