It was a bit of a rough check in, couldn’t find the lock box because it was not there and the room was still in progress of being cleaned. Communicating via WhatsApp was helpful and resulted in quick responses. We did lose wifi for a day and that too was resolved quickly. Would stay there again.

Apartment was clean, tastefully decorated and easily accessible. Amazing views of Toronto from the 44th floor. The Underground parking was reasonable for a big city and although a little complicated to enter the building from the car park, departure was a breeze. The space is ideal for 3 ppl max. Our family of 4 was cramped in the space. There are no towel hooks anywhere to hang towels in the bathroom or back of the bedroom door etc. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the company was very friendly to deal with

Communication with the staff was excellent, the room was clean, the bathroom was also clean, the only cons i would say is that you only get one key so it makes it difficult when you are multiple people that needs to do different activities, because you need the key to open the door of the room , close it and get on the elevator.
