三泊の予定だったのですが、昼過ぎにホテルに着いたらチェックイン出来なくて違うホテルを探しました。二日目の朝訪問するとチェックイン出来ました。一泊分は返金してくれました。女性オーナーさんでいい人でした。スペイン広場はすぐ側なのですが坂道の途中にあるホテルなので荷物が少し大変かもしれないです。ホテルに入るのも階段です。

Excellent location for sightseeing it’s close to everything however to get there you need to access it through many stairs with your luggage carrying, no elevator on it

Hôtel rafraîchissant !

Hôtel super bien placé (place d'Espagne), proche du métro. Quartier calme. Super bien climatisé, en août rien de tel que de rentrer dans une chambre fraîche ! Petit frigo appréciable. Manque un peu de choix pour le petit déjeuner.

Small hotel with a familiy atmosphere.

The hotel is just a few meters from Spanish steps.The breakfast is provided in a nearby, small restaurant. The hotel gives you vouchers. The Breakfast is county-typical. Coffee, juice and a bun or croissant. That´s ok.

LITERALLY few steps from the Spanish steps

I loved everything about this place! The location was really amazing, much better than expected. Usually when they say "a few steps away from.."" you always assume it is near, but not that near! We walked out the door and were literally a few steps away from the Spanish steps (20 meters?). We did not have to use any kind of transportation during our stay there. The Trevi fountain was a 5 min walk, the Vatican and the Colosseum is a 20 min walk ( got to see all the lovely streets on the way) , and all the hotel is surrounded by high-end stores such as Chanel, Gucci etc. You are right in the middle of everything. The personnel are there in the morning and they were very lovely towards my mother and I. Let us also keep our luggage there, as we had a flight at 20:00 PM. The place is clean and the breakfast is in a local place around the corner, where they were also very hospitable towards us. You have to be crazy not to book this for this price. GREAT DEAL! Definitely go back there, cannot think of anything negative to say.

Gedateerd hotel, goede service

Hotel was nogal gedateerd. Locatie prima, dicht bij de Spaanse trappen en een prima start plek voor verkennen van Rome. Ligt wel op de heuvel. Ontbijt is buiten het hotel bij een koffie bar om de hoek. Zeer vriendelijk en lekkere broodjes en koffie om de dag mee te starten.

Hotel très bien placé. Chambres confortables et de bonne taille. Propreté général ok, mais améliorable dans les détails. Seuls inconvénients... petit déjeuner avec une formule suffisante mais assez rigide (Café+vinoisserie+jus de fruits) dans Un Café quelques rues plus loin Et l'insonorisation des chambres, mais ceci est un défaut bien mineur compte tenu du peu de temps qu'on passe dans les chambres.

Super beliggenhed og god stemning

Det her sted har en super beliggenhed lige ved den Spanske Trappe i et stemningsfuldt område med gode spisemuligheder. Personalet er meget hjælpsomme, og værelset er rent og pænt. Morgenmaden befinder sig på en hyggelig cafe i området, og selvom det ikke inkluderer den store morgenmadsbuffet, er stedet i orden med sødt personale, lækre crossianter og god kaffe.

Près de la piazza di espagna - donc central mais ce n'est pas un hotel ; pas de petit dejeuner dans l'établissement mais un capuccino et une viennoiserie servis dans un café du coin qui en plus était fermé le 1er janvier ; je ne conseille pas si vous souhaiter un peu de confort - si cela est égal c'est pas mal

He estado muy a gusto con un par de quejas. El desayuno era en una cafetería muy pequeña, con unos camareros estúpidos y muy escasito aunque el producto bueno.

Hotel limpo, silencioso e perfeita localização.

O hotel é super bem localizado, a 200 metros da praça de spagna. Metrô ao lado. A limpeza do quarto e banheiro, toalhas e lençóis branquinhos. Apesar do café da manhã ser servido em uma lanchonete fora do hotel, foi gostoso. Capuccino ou café, croissant e suco. Atenção se chegar no hotel após 14:30, a recepção estará fechada. Foi o que aconteceu conosco, mas ligamos no número que constava na reserva e nos deram a senha da porta. A chave do quarto estava separada no balcão dentro de um envelope com nosso nome e os vouchers para o café da manhã. Tudo muito organizado. A localização é espetacular, lugar lindo. Adorei, me senti em casa e o preço ótimo! Lugar muito silencioso, ficamos no Térreo. Recomendo. O Jay, que nos atendeu nos dias seguintes é muito prestativo. No quarto tem cafeteira e dá para fazer chá ou café após um dia de passeio. E o melhor, secador de cabelos e shampoo. Me senti em casa.

This was our first time to Rome. The hotel would have been EXTREMELY hard to find had we not arranged for the hotel to pick us up from the airport (for $50). The driver didn't speak any English which was fine but he dropped us off about two blocks away from the hotel and had the hotel receptionist meet us which was kinda confusing because he couldn't tell us what was happening. The hotel staff (1 person) is only there a few hours a day and the place only has 5 rooms. It felt more like someone had turned their home into a "hotel." Continental breakfast was at a little cafe down the street which we actually ended up loving because it made us get out and experience more of a "rome style" breakfast. The best thing about this hotel is the location. Literally a 1 minute walk from the Spanish Steps and the shopping district. Pantheon and Trevi are within 10 minute walk and the Colosseum was a little further but not terrible by any means.

piacevole. Venendo da lontano con il timore di non arrivare in tempo l'nico disagio era che mi ha messo in ansia leggendo che trovo il personale fino le ore 14 era il n di telefono che mi dava inesistente.Quindi ho dovuto correre con il fiato sospeso ad arrivare entro quell'ora.

スペイン広場からすぐで、ロケーションはとてもいいです。 いくつかのドアを開けて、地下に降りていくホテルは、隠れ家のようでした。 部屋はとても清潔で、シャワーの出も良く、Wi-Fiの繋がりも良かったので、私には 今回の旅で1番快適でした！ ただ、エレベーターがないので、大きな荷物の方は大変かもしれません。 また、普通のホテルをご希望の方にはお勧めできません。 夜はフロントに誰もいなくなり、レンタルルームのようなシステムです。

Lautes Schimmelhotel

Zimmer war dunkel, muffig und laut, da sehr hellhörig. Im Bad Schimmel an der Decke und stark riechend. Der Zugang sehr verwinkelt und viele viele Stufen auf dem Gelände. Preis/Leistung stimmen überhaupt nicht. Zum Frühstück musste man 6 min laufen, störte uns aber nicht. Die Lage direkt im Zentrum ist das Einzige was positiv zu bewerten ist. Ich würde aber von einer Buchung zwingend abraten.

Excellent séjour

Horaires d'accueil surprenants mais pas de soucis pour récupérer les clefs et les codes (envoyés par mail via le site d'expedia avant l'arrivée). Chambre très propre et confortable, correspond parfaitement aux photos. Emplacement idéal à 50 mètres du haut de la place d'Espagne. Petit déjeuner à prendre dans un café à 5 minutes à pied, barmen très sympas.

Hôtel à éviter !!!

Confort du lit inexistant, insonorisation entre les chambres digne d'une tente de toile, on entend littéralement les gens parler et prendre leur douche ou encore aller aux toilettes comme s'ils étaient dans la même piece surtout dans la chambre 106 (2 nuits blanches pour nous à cause des bruits d'évacuation d'eau et longue négociation pour changer de chambre où malheureusement l'insonorisation était toujours inexistante avec un lit toujours aussi inconfortable), pas de service de petit dej sur place, il faut se rendre avec un coupon dans un bar dans une autre rue à plus de 500m, accès difficile pour "l'hôtel" se trouvant au fond d'une cours avec un interphone hors d'usage et porte close.

Lekker in het centrum van Rome

Toen we aankwamen stonden we voor een afgebladderde deur. Maar eenmaal binnen zag het er heel gezellig uit. We werden heel fijn ontvangen en konden meteen in onze kamer. De kamer was prima verzorgd en de handdoeken waren lekker zacht en werden elke dag verschoond. Er waren zelfs badstof slippers aanwezig. Alleen vonden wij de instap in het bad, om te douchen, wat hoog. Als er boven ons water gebruikt werd begon het in onze badkamer te gorgelen en dachten wij dat de boel ging overstromen, maar dat viel mee.

Very clean apartment, exceptionally helpful and polite personnel. Situated in walking distance from Colosseum, Fountain de Trevi. I`llgo back there again when I can.
