Fire hazard
I had a late check in . I was exhausted and when I got to my room I had trouble with my key working then when I got in the room it smelled like cigarettes. I did not notice that the fire alarm had been covered up by a plastic bag until the next morning . When I told the front desk person they did not act like it was a big deal . It was suppose to be a smoke free room and that was a fire hazard.

Don't stay here
Our first room had roaches, we were moved to another room that had a broken USB dock. The swimming pool was ice cold, the hall s were freezing and all the main areas were unheated. The staff was wearing winter coats inside because it was so cold. The breakfast was mediocre. There was lots of food but half of it was uncooked or cold when it should have been hot.

Night attendant obviously annoyed to stop whatever he was doing behind the monitor to check us in. Never replied to my hello, never once looked at me, sighed heavily at every movement, gave us 2 non-working key cards, annoyed to have to replace and tried to make me feel I had done it wrong. Put me in a rotten mood to finish my night with.
