AVOID AND READ MY REVIEW
Absolutely the worst hotel experience ever! The staff is beyond rude, zero respect for guests, acting like they’re doing you a favor just by existing. Cleanliness? Nonexistent! The place is filthy, unkempt, and downright disgusting. And don’t even think about using the so called kitchen, there are NO utensils unless you beg, and when you do, they hand you ONE pan, TWO plates, and a couple of tiny plastic forks and spoons, no matter if you’re staying one night or a week. What a joke! And of course for this review now they’ll just copy and paste their pathetic scripted apology instead of actually fixing anything. This place is a complete disgrace. AVOID at all costs! Expedia should remove them from the platform immediately.

Avoid if you can
Definitely not value for the money. Rough neighborhood, unsanitary place. During the check in there was an attempt to double charge me what I already paid through hotels.com when I refused they imposed $200 for incidental charges which doesn't make any sense as there was no mini bar no room service. The gym is I the basement that is under construction and not working.

Pleasantly surprised
Was pleasantly surprised, great value for the dollar. Some of the cleanest was lacking (refrigerator, Floors) otherwise was a very nice room.

Hotel accommodated a date change. Upon arrival there was a ton of snow which was being diligently removed. We were able to check in early and the stay was great. The room was impressive small apartment. Far more than what we needed but perfect to stay at prior to our flight.

8/10 Very good

North Etobicoke Hotel
Good option if you are looking for affordable stay with ensuite laundry and kitchen appliances. Be prepared to clean your own room (no housekeeping besides garbage/restock) and there are no plates/pots/utensils provided. I picked up basics from local dollar store and winners to take advantage of stove. There is public transit and strip mall (incl fast food, Starbucks, grocery) across the street. Yes, there are people staying long term from other countries who were friendly in my experience, no issues with other guests. Front staff seem overworked at times, can be cold but had no problems with check-in.

Absolutely filthy
By far the most disgusting hotel ive ever seen. Black mold in the bathroom, filthy wall, stains on the couch, the bed sheet weren't even changed. Im still waiting on my refund.

Lovely location and stay
The hotel was well located close to the airport which was great when landing late. It would be nice to have some glasses and plates as the room has a full kitchen. The stay was nice and comfortable.

My review.
I found the room to be above average. The only issue was that I was given a window room facing a south parking lot plaza where it was very noisy.

Long term residents
I think there a lot of the rooms in this hotel house long-term residents. There was definitely a familiarity and camaraderie amongst people that is not typical of a hotel.
