I go to Niagara Falls on a regular basis. This is where I always stay… Rooms are clean and they are fixing up some of the units that require renovation. The staff is friendly and helpful and the pool is clean. It is super close to the OLG and casino… The price is reasonable and hoping to plan my next trip soon…Brenda

I was very impressed with the location. Everything was less than 10 minutes walk. For the price you can’t go wrong. I highly recommend it. I was traveling with my dog and they didn’t have any issues with it. Over all perfect location and accommodation. Great trip thanks to the location

The beds were very comfortable and the staff were great. Breakfast was offered, but very basic. It was obvious they were working on updates.

good location and friendly staff, however the bedding had stains all over it (had to ask for clean sheets) and towels had stains on them. overall not a terrible experience.

They charged $15 for parking, the pool was empty, and the place looked a little run-down. But the room was clean, ac worked well, and you can't beat the location for under $200 bucks on a busy Saturday night! I would definitely go back.

I liked that it was dog friendly. I would consider the hotel a dog hotel. I believe every other room had dogs. The pool was probably the highlight the hot tub. I don’t know about that. I look pretty dirty. The rooms were just standard. I had a two queen beds. It was clean. There was good air air-conditioning. The beds were pretty comfortable. I might say. I would definitely go back if you have a dog.

We didn't bring our pet because rental car didn't allow but saw other animals there. The room was ok but most of towels had stains on them. Had a fridge and microwave had a time and staff were very friendly.

If you want a room that's not fussy, cheap and comfortable, for me it meets all the requirements for a decent stay. There is a nice pool, many restaurants in the area. If you don't have a car it's convenient for Niagara transit.

I checked in late, but I'm grateful to the staff who waited for me even though it was a cold, snowy day. They were very friendly. However, the room was very cold. I will definitely book this place again in the warmer months. The location is also excellent. One thing ! We needed hot water machine or microwave.

Exactly what we wanted from a Niagara motel. Affordable, within walking distance of the Falls, with several food/drink options nearby. The heart-shaped jacuzzi in the room was also appreciated.
