Good rates but needs some TLC.
Spent the night in a loft suite with two other people on a ski trip. For a ski town, it would have been nice to have somewhere to put the skis/snowboards in the room and options to dry out all the sweaty and wet gear without 'hotel' restricted coat hangers. This was my second stay here and while the rooms have been adequate, they are showing their age. Rusty nail pops in the drywall, makeshift repairs, and limited TV channels make for a decent stay, but you can see that corners are being cut. Overall, bang for your buck it's a good deal.

Unit 414 in rough condition- would not stay again
This was our fourth stay. Once in the hotel and three in the condos. We have previously been pleased, unfortunately not this time. We were in unit 414 and I do NOT recommend it, poorly laid out, poorly stocked and grimy. This is a main floor unit with an open bedroom upstairs no door, loft style. Downstairs was another bedroom no door so voices carried and lacked the privacy we have had in other units. The biggest disappointment was the condition of the unit, it was filthy. This is not a housekeeping issue but I believe an owner issue. The dishwasher was broken and didn’t work- I dont go on vacation to do dishes in a micro sized kitchen that you had to move the table to open the fridge. The hotel applied a $100 discount for the three nights “inconvenience”. The worst was anywhere you looked at the permanent features they were disgustingly dirty. The unit had the cheapest pans, warped and crappy, the utensils cheep and things like flippers melted and all needed to be replaced . A $100 and trip to the dollar store would make a difference. Absolutely no essentials, no salt/pepper, only a couple of sugar packets. The condition of this unit was far lower than two others we stayed at. I would refuse this unit.

We stayed over the family day weekend. There was a very large wedding party there that weekend too and so it affected the usability of the hotel. We went to the in house restaurant for dinner and while the food was great we waited over 20 minutes for the server to come take our order and then over an hour for our food to come the server was very stressed and not professional. The waterpark was great fun for the kids but in the evening it was very busy with all the kids from families of the wedding party lots of screaming kids with little supervision. The next morning it seemed the entire party was there for the continental breakfast so there was a long wait for the food and we had no place to sit and had to go back to the hotel room to eat the then cold food. While this isn’t directly the hotels fault it did reduce the enjoyment from our stay. We paid high prices for the family suite and didn’t feel it was worth the price. The showerhead in the bathroom was covered in spackle from a repair and the wall wasn’t sanded or repainted afterwards. The showers in the women’s change room were broken as well.

Nice jacuzzi, good breakfast spread.
Jacuzzi suite was nice, Continental breakfast was very nice. The pool set this place apart. CONS: the 2nd floor has some plumbing draining issues.

Going downhill
We have stayed at this hotel 4 times on the past 6 years. With new owners now it definately has gone down hill. There used to be a drying room for all your wet ski gear, but that is closed up now. The sauna broke down so instead of fixing it they closed that up! The breakfast used to be excellent now it is just a standard continental with cereal, toast, boiled eggs, mufgins and waffles....no more hot foods. It seems like the general cleanliness of the hotel overall is going downhill. We also ate supper at the restaurant and that was a mistake. Very over priced and the food was not great. Steaks were not cooked right and we received the wrong foods. And it took forever to receive our food. Would not suggest eating there

We loved the location, have stayed here before multiple times. It’s a lot more run down than I remember. But still a convenient place to go to town for awesome restaurants and close to the hill to hit the highway early and get to the lifts. Just didn’t love that a few things weren’t working… especially the sauna.
