The Metcalf is a hotel in downtown Montreal with excellent staff. Everyone was very professional and accommodating. The Benjamin which is inside the Hotel is a great steakhouse restaurant and also had very well trained and knowledgeable staff. Gym and Pool was on the smaller side however the cleanliness made up in many areas where the hotel lacked.
