i can maybe add another star for the location. The hotel is well located.

Very nice place. Helpful staff. Water available when you get there is underrated! Very close to Montparnasse station but also walkable 50 minutes or so) to Eiffel Tower. Main issue for us is that the layout of the room made opening two suitcases at once very difficult.

8/10 Very good

We enjoyed our stay at La Parizienne Hotel. It’s located in a safe and convenient area. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is very good and prepared very nicely. Our room was very clean and comfortable. I deducted one star as the hotel is located on a main boulevard and it can get a little noisy during the night not from people but car traffic. That said, we would still stay in La Parizienne if we ever return to Paris.

Pro: - Proximity to Metro - Clean Hotel - Friendly staff - Comfy Bed Cons: - Small rooms. My husband is 200lbs, 6’0” tall. Built like a hockey player. Im 5’4” 120lbs, fairly petite. This is to put things in perspective. We had to climb over each other to get to the other side of a standard room. - Small bathroom. I could not wash my face in the sink without splashing the floor bec there wasnt enough elbow room. Floors were soaked bec my husbad had to leave the door open to fit in the shower. - Room cleaning happened REGARDLESS of our request to not have this done. - Small elevator. We barely fit in bringing our luggage (1 checked 1rolling suitcase) - Small hallways. Do not arrive when there is housekeeping You will not get through

Quaint boutique hotel in an excellent location. Many restaurants and cafés in the area. Metro one block away. The rooms are tiny, but with everything you need. The staff is very nice and the breakfast is good.

8/10 Very good

Nice property and close to a main metro station making it really easy to see the sites. Only small issue we had was the shower screen leaked and water went on the floor but other than that nice clean property and would stay again!

Gem in the middle of 100 choices for dining and drink within 10 mins of Eiffel Tower and everything else. Inexpensive high quality. Touch small elevator but welcome to Paris. Nice rooms, new bathroom, safe.

4/10 Fair

Conveniently located, but very small rooms and the common areas are rather worn down. The room and particularly the amenities are definitely too small for an XL size guest with a partner and some luggage.
