I was unaware when I booked the propetty that the parking garage was across the street. For someone traveling with a three year old and luggage this was not convenient and had i know this wouldnt have stayed here. While the apartment was clean the walls looked beat up and it wasnt what i would say is luxurious. The elevators smelled like smoke and were dirty. Finally oncr you arrive the parking pass is on thr counter so you have to walk all the way back to the garage to place in your car. Wpuld make more sense to have it with the keys.

Elevator went out several times, I was on the 6th floor. Garbage disposal doesn't work, no iron board, water doesn't drain in tub, standing in water EVERY shower. Kitchen towels smelled dirty, nasty. Didn't use just bought new one's. Bed were so very uncomfortable, sheets cheap and scratchy. Washed the velour blankets and used as top and bottom sheets. Bedrooms blind do not close due to cheap,old, bent blinds. Livingroom blinds fell off when I tried to open to see the garage on opposite side as a view. Common area's were covered in dust, dirty, the entire place smelled bad. Elevators are filthy, don't think anyone cleans the walls or sweeps. The Garbage shute was always jammed- tenants just left bags of trash and recyclable items thrown on floor. Some tenant drug their trash from their apartment to garbage shute, left a trail of filth, never cleaned, just left the trail of liquid garbage so everyone could walk on it. Testament to the caliber of Tenants. Loud every morning with construction and at night the local bars played music as if they had indoor bar. The type of people around the building were scary and just left their cars in red zones with flashing lights. Everything was filthy, dusty, smelled horrible and the amount of trash left in the parking garage Elevator was unnecessary but that seems to be the element of the building. I cleaned, washed sheets put over sofa, did not feel comfortable at all. The TV would not allow to sign into apps, gave up Day 3.
