The hotel is very well located, and the staff is very attentive and helpful. The kitchen staff is also very good, and the breakfast is of good quality. However, the main problem is that the room has no windows and feels stuffy.

I did not have any hot water about the first three days, then the next couple of days the breaker keep going on and off, so the light in the bathroom will go out and the hot water will cut off, was promised a change of room, but that didn’t go through, went up for breakfast, and we found a whole bunch of fruit flies in the teabag. but one thing I can say the staffs are very nice and Friendly.

El servicio estuvo excelente, la habitación hermosa muy pintoresca, en el puro centro de Cartagena, muy buena ubicación, habitación limpia y cómoda. Todo el personal muy amable y el desayuno muy rico
