When will got there no code ring up charged me 50 more that was not mention and more id and had to wait out side the property for over 30 min. Then the lock was not working property

Harcourt apartments, Newark upon Trent

The Harcourt apartments are situated in a quiet area, near a chip shop and within easy reach of the main part of Newark town, the castle, cinema, parks etc.. The property is clean, with comfy beds and towels supplied. The single bed is a bit narrow, but ok for a child. The kitchen appliances look new and are good quality, but the fridge lacks a freezer box. There's a sofa in the kitchen, but not big enough to comfortably sit 3. It would benefit from another chair in there. I suggested to the team that the wifi code and cooker instructions be left in a folder for guests and that the door key code be texted/ emailed through to guests prior to check in. The team at prim stays were responsive and helpful and will be carrying out minor tweaks to make the apartments a great stay. We enjoyed our stay and would return.
