The room is nice, clean for the most part, decent view and spacious. It has most of the amenities that anyone would enjoy. Kitchen area, living space area, and direct access to the pool. Only issues: lot of mold in the bathroom and the mattress is very hard and uncomfortable to sleep on.
The staff on location at the hotel was perfect: very helpful, professional and hospitable.
The staff at the property management company was terrible. They only respond to your messages when they feel like it, quite rude and I stayed for 2 weeks and the unit was cleaned only once.
Had to find a broom on the property used by the hotel staff to lightly clean the room.
The woman who came to get the key card when I was checked out had a horrible attitude, she should not be allowed anywhere near customers.
I said politely that I suggest they work on their customer service and she just said “okay,” with a bad attitude, and no concern or questions
It’s a nice place but if you book with the current property management company just expect unprofessionalism.
And to be fair, it’s possible that I may have only interacted with the worst employees at the property management company, and it is not the entire business that is atrocious.
