As mentioned in comments before the walls are very thin. Fortunately those next door went to sleep at 10.30.
Any questions we had were answered very quickly via WhatsApp that worked very well

We were able to check in early which was useful. It’s a house turned into seperate rooms each lockable. This means the stairs are noisy and the front door also noisy. Guests arrived home
Between midnight and 3am were talking at usual volume level (rather than being quiet and respectful) and noise carried throughout. We could hear the water sisters in adjoining rooms and people goin to the toilet in the middle of the night.
Room overall was clean and bed comfortable enough although as a twin one bed had ti be against the wall
