Great location - our window overlooked via del Corso! Only downfall was no lift and we were on the 2nd floor with 5 heavy suitcases. The hotel staff did take everything up and down but would’ve been easier with a lift.

Amazing stay, excellent location for getting around Rome and sight seeing and also getting to and from the airport.
The rooms were very clean and upto date.
Would highly recommend a stay here when visiting Rome city! The staff were also very helpful.

We had an excellent 2-night stay at The Couper Umiltà, made truly special by the outstanding service from the reception team — especially Martina. She went above and beyond to be kind, attentive, and incredibly thoughtful towards my son, which meant a lot to us and really stood out. Her warmth and professionalism are a real credit to the hotel.
Despite non-stop rain during our stay, the hotel’s very central location allowed us to walk everywhere we wanted to go, with the Colosseum only about a 20-minute walk away.
The only minor downsides were that there is no lift (stairs only, so not ideal for those with mobility needs) and there was no safe in the room. Overall, a wonderful stay thanks to exceptional staff and a great location — we would definitely return.

We had an amazing 3 nights stay at the Couper Umiltà. Absolutely loved the hospitality offered by all the staffs especially Maria who was an excellent host and helped us in every possible way right from explaining directions to booking site seeing tickets for us. If we ever visit Roma again, will definitely choose this place to stay. Just one suggestion- please put a full size mirror in the room.

Best location, comfortable and clean
New, clean and comfortable hotel! Very friendly staff! The location is very good, central and it felt safe. You can walk or easily access many central sights from the hotel. The room was facing the main road, but it was not noisy. I had an amazing stay and I will definitely repeat when I am back in Rome.
