As a honeymoon trip, we had a truly wonderful and happy time. All the staff were very kind and provided us with many conveniences. Although our stay in Hoi An was relatively short, thanks to the warm and friendly staff, we were able to fully enjoy the beautiful sights of the city. Choosing to stay here was an excellent decision.

From the moment we arrived, Coco River and their staff was perfect for our family. The staff from reception, security, restaurant and housekeeping were lovely and provided exceptional service which cannot be faulted. They made us feel great and provided an exceptional level of experience. The hotel itself is a great base and has a great swimming pool area, as well as clean and large rooms and we felt so welcomed and at home, we actually cancelled other accomodation and extended our stay twice because of the experience we had. There were comments prior to going that we read about location, but honestly this wasn’t an issue. Yea, it’s away from the hustle and bustle, but as a family we were happy to take a 5-10 minute grab to the main “touristy” parts of Hoi An. There is also multiple restaurants/food options, pharmacy, convenience store, coffee shops and motorbike rental within 400m of the resort so was nice to get a respite from the madness of Hoi An which can be overwhelming. In saying that, we will be back here and will recommend the hotel to anyone considering Hoi An, especially those with younger children as it was perfect for what we needed.

Vi havde fem fantastiske dage på Coco, alt var super tilfredsstillende, virkelig lækker morgenmad og skønne omgivelser. Hotellet lå lige ved floden, i et dejligt stille og fredeligt område og i en fin afstand til byen. Man kunne gå eller tage en Grab alt efter hvad man havde lyst til. Hotellet var meget rent og pænt og personalet var altid søde og hjælpsomme. Kan klart anbefales og vi vil helt sikkert bo her igen hvis vi kommer tilbage til Hoi An.

아주 고즈넉하게 조용하고 정원을 바라보며 테라스에 앉아서 쉴수 있어서 너무 좋았어요. 조식도 깔끔하게 나오고 모든 가족이 만족했답니다. 하지만 계단을 이용해서 짐을 올리고 내려야 해서 불편함은 있지만 직원분들이 도와줘서 괜찮았어요. 그리고 호이안 번화가와 멀어서 한번 나갔다가 들어오면 다시 나가기 애매함. 그래도 나는 조용해서 너무 좋았다. 번화가는 너무 시끄럽고 사람이 많았기 때문에 좋았다. 다음날 일정으로 바쁘게 나가서 아쉬움이 남아서 다시 또 가고싶은 호텔이다!!

ファミリーコネクティングルームに宿泊しました。1泊目は部屋を間違えて案内されましたが翌日、すぐに変更してくれて、他にも特典を色々とつけてくれました。アンバンビーチもタクシーで10分くらいで行けます。ホテルのプールもゆっくりできました。ホイアン市街地まではシャトルバスが出てますが、9時発と15時発の2便で少ないです。帰りは市街地を15時発と21時発の2便です。でもgrabで行き帰りできるので問題ありません。

It was a good place to travel with family. The staff were always kind and the Galadiner program, which was carefully prepared was really cool. Breakfast was fine, and the pool was fine. There was a shuttle downtown, so I used it conveniently. It was not expensive and it was good to be offered for other fees. I'm going to be revising again next time.

子連れ＆お年寄り連れの旅行でのんびりしたくて、川沿いの雰囲気が気に入って選びました。 ホテルの周りはLocalの田舎風景って感じで、現地の田舎の生活を垣間見れる気がしました。 旧市街地＆Beachには無料シャトルバスで移動。他に2軒のホテルを周って目的地へ。 旧市街地からの最終バスは21：45でゆっくり買い物も食事も出来ました。 ホテル出て右に小さなお店がありました。行けませんでしたが、お水とかスナック菓子とかがありそうな感じ？多分クレジットカードは使えないと思います。 朝食は宿泊人数が多ければ種類豊富に出ますが、少ない時はフルーツ、パン５～6種類、ヨーグルト、オムレツ、フォー、シリアル、コーヒー、紅茶、牛乳、ジュースって感じです。A La Carteって言ってたので、注文したら他の物も出してくれるかも？ですが、時間が掛かりそうでした。従業員はお国柄か、のんびりされてます。川沿いのレストランは雰囲気がとても良いです。 初朝食の時にお世話係のThiさんが挨拶にきてくれて、彼女からLineを交換しようと。その後はLineで質問に答えてもらったり、出先からの帰りのシャトルバスの時間変更をして貰ったりで、大変助かりました。(やり取りは英語) 一寸法師的なバスケットボートに乗りたいと相談したら、レストラン横から船に乗って、観光客がバスケットボートに乗るspot迄連れて行ってくれて、ボート乗って一周するツアーを大人US＄20でやってくれました。(清算する時は現地のドンだったので、何故US＄で言われたのかは不明…) ホテルのSpaもディスカウントがあったのでお安くマッサージが受けられました。 タイミングが悪く現地では食べられなかったバイン・ミー・フーンのサンドウィッチも、Thiさんのお助けでGrab food deliveryでホテルで堪能出来ました。Thiさんが居てくれて、本当に色々楽しませて頂けました。本当に感謝です！！ ホテル自体は豪華では無いですが、コテージ風なお部屋作りで自然を基調とした雰囲気です。 お値段は元値では高いと思いますが、ディスカウント後のお値段だったら大満足です！！ 夜通し賑やかに過ごしたい方には不向きですが、ゆっくり寛ぎたい旅行にはピッタリでした。

Virkelig dejligt hotel. Flot udsigt udover floden. Rene, pæne værelser. God service og fin restaurant. Udemærket morgenmad. Shuttle bus hver 2. time direkte til Hoi An. Kan varmt anbefales.
